Who is Keyvasa for?
Independent and small group hotels in India, roughly 18 to 150 rooms, where the same people often cover several jobs.
What does each team need?
The front desk, managers, owner and accounts use a web panel on any computer. Floor staff need a phone that opens a web page. Guests need nothing: check in starts from a WhatsApp link and requests from the QR code in the room.
Does it work in Hindi?
Yes. Every staff screen switches between Hindi and English, and each person picks their own language.
Does it connect to Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and other OTAs?
Yes. Rates, rooms left, closed dates and bookings sync both ways with 15 channels, including Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb and Google Hotel Ads, through a channel connectivity partner.
What happens to guest ID data?
Staff see the last 4 digits only. ID scans are kept in private storage for the hotel, and a guest’s data can be deleted on request under the DPDP Act.
